When reporting a problem, it helps if you can include:
- Your device model and iOS version
- The PixADair version (found in Settings inside the app)
- A short description of what you were doing when the issue happened
Topaz Labs API key
PixADair uses the Topaz Labs denoising API, which requires your own API key. You can get one from your Topaz Labs account. The key is stored securely on your device in the iOS Keychain and is only sent to Topaz Labs' servers. If you have questions about Topaz Labs billing, quotas, or model availability, please contact Topaz Labs directly.
Common questions
My denoise job failed or timed out. Denoising large images can take a while. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that your Topaz Labs API key is still valid. If the problem persists, email us with the details above.
Where are my processed photos saved? When you tap Save, the denoised image is written to your iOS photo library, in the same album behavior as any other photo you save from an app.
